Functie

As a FP&A Manager a.i. you are responsible for the following tasks;

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide recommendations for cost optimisation and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and investors.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

Profiel

A successful FP&A Manager a.i. should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the Pharma sector is advantageous.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
