Job Description



As a Financial Controller, you'll be a key business partner driving operational and procurement insights through accurate financial reporting, smart data analysis, and strategic budget support. You will play an essential role in managing internal controls, leading improvements across systems and processes, and working closely with the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You'll also engage with our wider finance community across Europe and Central Asia, contributing to cross-border best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate financial reporting (IFRS) and provide insights through analysis.
  • Support cost validation, supplier rebates, payments, FX exposure, and CAPEX control.
  • Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits.
  • Drive process improvements and collaborate on budgeting, systems, and operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA or similar is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management, control, or accounting
  • Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and IFRS principles
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; (French is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP tools (Unite4Cloud, Power BI, OneStream)
