Job Description

Financial Reporting:

  • Responsible for financial reporting and analysis (accurate, timely & efficient) to support correct decision-making;
  • Manages the day-to-day efficient and adequate transfer of savings money with Treasury;
  • Daily reconciliation of transactions & accounts;
  • Corporation with SSC / Holding control for monthly closing;
  • Budgeting for all the departments: annual plan, tracking actuals vs budget, cost controlling;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of data, identify trends & anomalies, and summarize and present information adequately.



Internal Reporting & Projects:

  • Assist Customer Service department with finance-related inquiries;
  • Assist in preparing key business and financial (management) information. This applies to periodic and ad-hoc requests;
  • Handling procurement processes between LPB suppliers and departments;
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting of companywide KPIs (dashboarding);
  • Cooperation with other LPB departments on projects, analysis, and modelling.



The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

The ideal candidate can deal with confidential information, is reliable and has high integrity.

  • An academic bachelor's/master's degree in finance or economics;
  • Approx. five years of relevant work experience in a financial or relevant field;
  • Background in the financial industry is preferred;
  • Advanced Excel skills, advanced in PowerPoint;
  • Preferred experience with BI software & SAP;
  • Proven analytical ability, analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative and critical thinking;
  • Can-do mentality; taking ownership, proactive, flexible and able to work in a group settlement as well as work independently;
  • Good communication skills in English (both oral and written). Dutch is a huge plus.
