Job Description
The Financial Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly closing, financial reporting, reconciliation and analysis
- Preparation of the external annual audit process for all countries in Europe (UK, FR, DE, CH, NL), including the conversation from US GAAP to Local GAAPs
- Responsible for managing and communications with all EU country subsidiaries
- Consolidation of the Groups financial information in compliance with local GAAP
- Execute and monitor compliance and effectiveness of internal controls
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will need the following:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance or related studies
- Ideally from an audit / accountancy firm
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Excellent communications in English and Dutch is a must
