Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full financial control function across multiple European legal entities
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Oversee statutory reporting, regulatory submissions, and compliance requirements
  • Manage consolidation packs and transfer pricing documentation
  • Act as key contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Collaborate closely with shared service centres to ensure efficient and accurate processes
  • Oversee balance sheet components including AR, AP, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity planning
  • Monitor and report on foreign exchange exposure
  • Drive process improvements and enhance financial controls across entities
  • Support ad hoc projects and evolving business requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant (RA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within an international or multinational environment
  • Strong background in financial control, statutory reporting, and compliance
  • Experience managing multiple legal entities across Europe is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate in a complex environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels and countries
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus)
