From its headquarters in Amsterdam, the company manages global operations across Europe, the United States and APAC. The organization combines innovation with ambitious growth plans and operates in a dynamic, Private Equity-backed environment.

Functie

Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles across the group
Prepare monthly management and shareholder reporting
Analyze financial and operational performance and identify trends and improvement areas
Support business cases, financial modelling and investment analysis
Contribute to projects aimed at improving financial performance, processes and reporting
Collaborate with Group Finance to optimize KPIs, dashboards and reporting structures
Support integration activities related to acquisitions and business transformations
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Work closely with international teams across finance, strategy and business units

Profiel

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
3-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, M&A, Big Four, consulting or controlling)
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus (e.g. Lucanet or Dynamics 365)
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
