Job Description

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles across the group
  • Prepare monthly management and shareholder reporting
  • Analyze financial and operational performance and identify trends and improvement areas
  • Support business cases, financial modelling and investment analysis
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving financial performance, processes and reporting
  • Collaborate with Group Finance to optimize KPIs, dashboards and reporting structures
  • Support integration activities related to acquisitions and business transformations
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Work closely with international teams across finance, strategy and business units

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, M&A, Big Four, consulting or controlling)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus (e.g. Lucanet or Dynamics 365)
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
