Functie

What you'll do

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and cost analyses.
  • Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor CAPEX projects and ensure clear project reporting.
  • Identify risks and opportunities - and turn them into actionable steps.
  • Be a trusted advisor for colleagues on accounting matters.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to business continuity.



You'll work closely with two teams: Plant Finance and Controllers, acting as a financial sparring partner and facilitator for the management team.

Profiel

What makes you successful here

  • Education: Bachelor or Associate degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience: 0-3 years in a financial or controlling role (ideal for ambitious juniors!).
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable with data.
  • Tools: Experience with SAP, Business Objects, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Languages: English required; Dutch is a big advantage (or willingness to learn).
