You are a part of the Finance & Control team, which consists of ten colleagues and one Manager Financial Accounting. You report directly to the Manager Financial Accounting.

Functie

  • You are responsible for processing and checking general ledger transactions, for the month-end bookings and the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  • You contribute to external and internal audits.
  • You contribute to IT projects that have interfaces with financial administration.
  • You are involved in drawing up internal and external reports.You support payments department from an accounting perspective.
  • You contribute to the improvement and/or creation of processes.

Profiel

  • At least an HBO education, preferably in the field of Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience (equivalent position)
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge of payroll administration
  • Knowledge of credits and credit products, lease products and components is a clear plus
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Excel
  • Good command of the Dutch (fluent) and English (advanced) language in speech and writing
  • Soft skills: accurate, driven, proactive and independent
