Finance Manager

You will lead the Finance & Administration function of Veth Propulsion, a significant subsidiary of Twin Disc, a US publicly traded company (NASDAQ). You will work strategically and tactically with the Operations team and other managers in the company. You report to the Corporate Controller in the US and are part of the local Management Team.

Your main activities include:

• Oversee and manage the entire annual, quarterly and monthly reporting process for the company, reporting results to the US on a timely basis;
• Actively engage in the local Management Team;
• Lead the Finance & Administration function and maintain and further develop a high performing team;
• Provide financial expertise to the local operations;
• Responsible for continuous process improvements;
• Preparation of annual operating plan submitted to Corporate;
• Preparation of forecasts;
• Reporting company performance against budgets, forecasts and operating metrics;
• Manages and coordinates relationship with external auditor.
