Our client is operating in IT services.

Job Description

Local finance manager for the Benelux region based in Amsterdam, reporting to controllership teams in the UK and US, with oversight of all local finance compliance, reporting and other initiatives.

  • Oversee the month-end close process and monitor the financial close.
  • Review & approve monthly journal entries & BS reconciliations.
  • Review & approve manual payments and tax returns.
  • Perform TB reviews during the month-end close process and collaborates with supported sites and regional stakeholders.
  • Ensure financial accuracy, in-depth review of all applicable reports.
  • Responsible for the periodic regional reporting and analysis.
  • Review & Approve Payrolls: Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Responsible for (external & internal) audits, filing of statutory financial statements and tax returns.
  • Carrying out the holding financial administration.
  • Manage a team of 2 direct reports located in NL.
  • Provide Ad-hoc support on tax, compliance, acquisition projects and/or functional support as needed.

  • University degree from the related departments. Masters degree is preferred.
