Functie

As Finance and Location Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of three finance professionals across the Netherlands and UK.
  • Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, statutory reporting, and compliance with Dutch and UK regulations.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to operational teams, providing strategic financial insights and analysis to drive growth.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with all legal and tax requirements.
  • Drive systems and process improvements, including ERP (NetSuite) and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Represent finance in cross-functional projects and as a member of the Benelux + UK Management Team
  • Manage an optimal Managed Care workflow related to the financial components of the O2C process with stakeholders as dentists, insurers and other intermediates.
  • Be responsible for facility-related matters

Profiel

  • Leadership and Empathy: Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive business performance.
  • Expertise: CA/CPA/CMA or relevant qualifications, with 8+ years in finance roles and at least 3-5 years in a similar managerial position.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience in financial planning, reporting, and partnering with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of financial systems (NetSuite preferred), tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Language skills: fluency in Dutch and English
