Job Description

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly group reports and annual IFRS financial statements
  • Analyse business unit performance and support monthly closing processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and FP&A activities
  • Deliver clear financial insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting quality
  • Support M&A integrations and business transformation projects
  • Contribute to group risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Strengthen internal controls, KPIs, and reporting structures
  • Support the preparation and execution of external group audits



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or similar
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in international organisations or Big Four
  • RA/RC qualification (or near completion) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, consolidation tools, or BI tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Curious, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on with a solution-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures
