Functie
As a Field Service Engineer - HVAC you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of refrigeration systems. Your mission encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering top-notch service and exceeding client expectations.
System Installation and Servicing: You will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with all operational and safety standards.
Technical Leadership : You'll serve as a trusted resource, troubleshooting issues, optimising performance, and ensuring the reliability of our installations. Your ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively will be instrumental in sharing adapted solutions.
Customer Interaction : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be a cornerstone of your role, as you provide technical support and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Profiel
The Successful Applicant:
- Mechanical Engineering diploma or related to Heating, Cooling, Air Conditioning system.
- Ideally have certifications in handling refrigerants, including CO2 or ammonia.
- Experience in commercial refrigeration, liquid cooling, or HVAC systems
- Similar role such as maintenance or refrigeration technician within a commercial, industrial or individual home environments.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable to effectively communicate,
- Valid driver's license.
