- Marketing role for a premium fashion outlet

Job Description
- Joint development of the site's annual digital marketing strategy with the Marketing Director
- Assist the Marketing Director with the launch of an ecommerce/omni-channel platform
- Define and coordinate the online product assortment between all brands and categories currently available
- Ensure seasonal strategies provide an exciting customer experience and support long-term omni-channel platform and brand goals
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to develop effective divisional plans and trading strategies
- Consistently monitor and evaluate competitive and industry trends, translating them into fashion-forward product and promotional plans
- Partner with the Digital Marketeer to identify impactful commercial storytelling and campaigns to support this channel
- Optimise on site commercial opportunities aligned with the offline commercial calendar
- Update & maintain e-visual merchandising on a regular basis
- Direct weekly merchandise assortments for campaign inclusion
- Perform weekly analysis of sales and prepare reports during the season on overall performance
- Pull ad-hoc product analysis when required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce (with minimum 1 year of ecommerce merchandising experience).
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Proven experience defining and driving category strategy successfully on a digital platform
- Visual eye and understanding of merchandising.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a strong interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset, always searching for future trends
- Strong analytical & numerical skills
- Advanced computer skills - excellent Excel capabilities and understanding of dashboard systems (Power BI or similar)
- Proactive attitude and strong commercial approach to online merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with excellent organisational skills
- Knack for analysing data to identify problems and propose solutions
- Ability to manage a high workload and schedule to support and meet all deadlines with accuracy
