Our client is one of the leading energy companies.

To strengthen and support their HR department we are actively looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator a.i. in the region of Petten for a period of at least 3-6 months.

Functie

  • Calculate and process employee salaries, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations regarding payroll administration.
  • Maintain detailed records of payroll-related transactions.
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and answer questions.
  • Generate reports and statistics regarding payroll costs.
  • Manage payroll software and systems (Afas/SAP)

Profiel

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll experience.
  • Experience with implementation of Afas is a big plus
  • Being used to working at scale-ups and startups is a plus.
  • This role requires not only deep expertise in payroll, but also a strategic approach to improve and optimize processes, especially in a dynamic environment such as scale-ups and startups.
