As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms to ensure reliable, high-quality data for business insights. Functie

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for multiple sources and domains.
  • Develop and optimize data warehouse and data lake architectures using Snowflake and Azure.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
  • Implement automation and CI/CD best practices in data engineering workflows.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the data platform.



Profiel

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related data platform roles, preferably within financial or professional services.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, and cloud-based data architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and scalable data solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python, with familiarity in Spark, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Experienced in data governance, quality, and compliance, ideally in regulated environments.
  • Collaborative and able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and committed to mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team.
