Location: Amsterdam (Relocation Package Available and Visa sponsorship for EU based candidates)
Michael Page is looking for a Customer Engineer/Technician - Switchgear for an E&I Manufacturer providing their solutions to data centers and industrial/commercial facilities around Amsterdam and the Benelux. Their advanced and eco-friendly technologies position them as a very dynamic challenger on the energy devices sectors in Europe.
You will oversee the commisionning, hand-over, maintenance of the swicthgear technology provided to by our client to critical facilities around Amsterdam and the Benelux.
Functie
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project site activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of LV Switchgear panels across multiple projects.
- Conduct site investigations and repairs, ensuring optimal operation and safety.
- Carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance for all aspects of LV Switchgear panels.
- Manage project and maintenance preparation, including tool, test equipment, and documentation.
- Foster communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to adhere to project timelines and milestones.
- Oversee site-related documentation, adhering to stringent HSE protocols and client security requirements.
- Engage in an on-call rota to provide steadfast customer support and service.
Profiel
Minimum Qualifications for the Customer Engineer/Technician - Switchgear:
- Academic background related to electrical engineering,
- 3 years of experience working with EMS devices such as switchgears, ups, battery or DC power systems.
- Background as an industrial electrician, maintenance technician, electrical technician or related.
- VCA-VOL and NEN 3140 certifications or any equivalent is nice to pocess.
- Valid full driving license.
- Proficiency in electrical panel testing, fault finding, troubleshouting, maintenance and protection devices.
