You work closely with colleagues in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and international teams in Israel and France. Costing & Product Profitability (±50%) - the core of the jobYou turn data into insights that directly influence business decisions. You will:Analyze cost prices, margins, and product profitabilityPerform costing queries and validationsCalculate cost prices and monitor cost developmentsProvide clear, practical financial advice to internal stakeholders2. Inventory Valuation & Supply Chain Support (±30%)Seeds are valuable assets - and complex. You help keep stock valuation correct and aligned across subsidiaries. You will:Analyze inventory positions, trends, and valuation issuesSolve challenges in inventory valuationJoin production and supply chain meetings as Finance's representativeSupport 11 international subsidiaries on stock-related topics3. Systems, Data & Reporting (±20%)Together with Finance and IT, you help strengthen data foundations and reporting. You will:Work with our ERP system (Oracle/JDE)Improve and expand stock reports in BI toolsImplement costing and inventory methodologies used across the broader groupContribute to continuous process improvementsThe Successful ApplicantYou enjoy analytical work, understand product costing, and feel at home in a business partnering role.You bring:HBO degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics3-5 years of relevant experience (Cost Controlling, Business Controlling, Cost Accounting)Experience in an industrial or international environmentStrong MS Office skills; ERP familiarity (Oracle-JDE is a plus)Fluent English (spoken & written)Your personal strengths:Strong analytical and communication skillsGood attention to detail while keeping the overviewProactive, positive, and service-orientedIndependent but also a supportive team playerFlexible and comfortable with deadline-driven periodsHigh sense of responsibility and ownershipWhat's on OfferYou'll work in a friendly, social, down‑to‑earth Finance team (10-11 colleagues in NL, 18 in total).
