Job Description

What will be your mission as a Corporate Recruiter?

As a Corporate Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z. As an experienced recruiter you know that there is a lot involved if you want to tackle recruitment from the full perspective. This means that your focus will be on different themes like branding, search & hire, process optimization, ATS, external partnerships, referral, onboarding and so on. Do you have the right energy and eagerness for this challenging job?

What will you do

  • Make sure all candidates get the best candidate experience

  • Manage all recruitment activities in Recruitee and help stakeholder with their vacancies

  • Train the Hiring Managers to bring the quality of hires to a higher point to make your own job easier

  • Work on our Employer Brand in cooperation with our Marketing department

  • Work on initiatives to retain talent

  • Work with all the tools you need to make your job efficiënt and fun

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thinks in possibilities. Someone who is not afraid of challenges and is able to work independently within an ambitious HR team. As an experienced recruiter you know how to manage your vacancies and stakeholders.

  • 3+ experience as a corporate recruiter

  • HBO working and thinking level

  • You live in the Netherlands and have excellent Dutch language skills

  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills

  • Experience with working in an ATS (preferably Recruitee)

  • Experience with Employer branding projects

  • Experience on a professional level with LinkedIn

  • You are result-driven, long-term focussed and a real connector

  • You have a tremendous drive, focus and energy
