Functie

  • Provide clinical and scientific expertise to support sales teams and healthcare customers across multiple clinical settings.
  • Prepare, present, and demonstrate clinical solutions tailored to customer needs to advance sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and influencers within hospitals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and international colleagues to develop and implement effective clinical programs and tools.
  • Monitor competitor activity and articulate clear value propositions that differentiate the company's solutions.



Profiel

  • Holds a nursing degree or equivalent clinical background, with hands-on experience in hospital or patient care environments.
  • Has experience in the medical devices industry, ideally with infusion pumps or medication management solutions, or is motivated to transition from a clinical role.
  • Fluent in Dutch, and English, with strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills, able to work independently in a national role.
  • Brings a commercial mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
