As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be representing the Benelux region (Netherlands +Belgium). You will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Training to deliver regional go to market plans and help capitalise on the strategic opportunities to grow market share in the region and increase positive brand perception in channel. You will be part of the North West European marketing team reporting to the Marketing Director based in the UK working across partner marketing, content, events, CRM, social, website, and display.

Main responsibilities:

Strategic Account Planning from B2B channel perspective
- Responsibility for all channel marketing activities in the Benelux region
- Execution of channel marketing programs from ideation to development and delivery at key accounts
- Support growth and achieve expected sales-out results, building programs to drive consideration, conversion, and education
- Engage with customers, partners, end users, suppliers to create and leverage opportunities for continued personalised experiences, brand building, customer loyalty, efficiency, value and positive revenue impact
- Ensure plans are aligned and integrated into overall business objectives
- Be the brand owner and custodian ensuring adherence to all brand positioning in the local market(s)
- Lead the efforts to evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of programs. --Distil broad concepts and business strategies into structured channel marketing plans. Track results and deliver actionable insights from resulting data

Localisation of all marketing materials in the region
- Work hand in hand with marketeers for UK and Ireland to deliver always on digital marketing, product launches, CRM, monthly newsletters, direct mail, lead generation and lead nurture campaigns content localised to Benelux region
- Define onboarding packages for key accounts based on customer journeys and customer segments
- Look for and deliver opportunities to drive digital solutions and automation across all marketing deliverables
- Offer linguistic and creative support to develop local market content strategy and take lead on strategic marketing projects across region
- Manage agency relationships and partners in market driving efficiencies and value across the NWE region
- Own Social Media platform management in market
- Support partner and industry content request delivering the right messages to the right customers at the right time
- Support Head of Digital Marketing in driving subscriber database of B2B channel contacts

Campaign management in market
- Develop and own an annual events calendar in market, with a clear strategy and ROI aligning to overall channel strategy in market
- Develop toolkits and collaborate with UK region to deliver an integrated offline and online marketing calendar
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Director to plan out key sales promotional activities (i.e.Black Friday) to drive product sell out
- Work closely with Global and UK markets to secure customer testimonials and product reviews to drive brand authority and credibility across channels
- Manage local marketing budget in accordance to guidelines and business objectives, reporting regularly on activity plans and impact

Channel management and reporting
- Work with the Marketing Director and the rest of the marketing team to ensure all marketing activities have SMART objectives and KPIs/metrics agreed
- Track KPIs during/post campaign and deliver post campaign analysis
- Apply Test and Learn methodologies and apply learnings to future campaign iterations


As the channel marketing manager you are naturally inquisitive, thrive working in multi-cultural teams across markets and have a growth mindset

  • Bachelor/Master degree, qualification in Marketing and or Business Management
  • At least 5-7 years in marketing or commercial roles
  • Hearing / Pharmaceutical / Technology/FMCG/ Life Science industry experience is a pre
  • Experience in all marketing disciplines, including event, online, direct mail, and web based marketing as they relate to partners, with an ability to develop integrated marketing programs incorporating appropriate elements to achieve desired outcome
  • Proven experience in creating commercial growth through translating marketing strategy into an actionable plan
  • Successful launch plan development, execution, cost effectiveness and management of ROI across markets
  • Successful lead generation and lead nurturing and close collaboration with sales for high conversion
  • Project Management, executing to time and budget without compromising quality
  • Able to navigate change and implement change management processes
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing platforms such as CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot is a plus
  • Willing and able to travel to the office 2 days per week and to UK 1 x month

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and fluent Dutch & English is essential (both written and verbal)
