Selling our service, in accordance with the applicable specifications, rates and services
You ensure a good contractual recording and implementation in collaboration with the Sales Support
Developing and maintaining a network within E-commerce in the Netherlands
You represent Mondial Relay at trade fairs and network meetings
Continuously monitoring the satisfaction of the customers and where necessary in consultation with the other disciplines within the organization improving the quality of service
Ensure compliance with the procedures and record all data in the appropriate CRM

You are energetic and have experience working with / in e-commerce
Customer centricity and a focus on delivering great quality of service
You can cooperate with different departments within the organization
You have the ability to convince and can negotiate contracts with new clients, you are proactive, a pioneer and are good at networking.
Excellent command of the Dutch language both written and spoken, English on a fluent level
