Job Description

  • Conduct market research and customer segmentation in the sub-region, develop new customers, according to sales targets, develop plans and implementation programs and put them into practice, for the colloids business in Europe.
  • Be responsible for product quotation, guide sales representatives or participate in contract negotiation, contract signing and other work;
  • Timely tracking and collection of payments, collection of overdue accounts receivable, to complete the settlement work
  • Regularly and accurately provide information about the sales situation, cost control, accounts receivable and other information reflecting the current status of the sales work to the supervisors and customer service department, and provide information support for the company's major decisions.
  • Carry out after-sales service, responsible for maintaining customer relations.
  • According to the characteristics of customers, put forward product improvement, new product development proposals.
  • Handle customer complaints, tracking the results of complaints, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Order production and marketing coordination, effective production and marketing balance control.
  • Establish customer files, conduct customer analysis, explore customer demand.
  • Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the superior leadership and other affairs within the scope of the department.

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of five years of experience in the colloids industry or a similar field, with knowledge of Colloids or related food additives sector and/or pet food additives sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop new clients, especially direct factory customers.
  • Effective communication skills to efficiently engage with clients, promptly understand their needs, and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Willingness to travel to different countries within Europe for client visits.
  • Preference for local European candidates, with experience in multinational companies being advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, reading and writing
  • Good communication skills
  • Be honest, reliable, and keep promises
  • Multilingual knowledge is preferred
