Business Controller - Public Sector

As the Business Controller, you will work alongside a team of 7 Business Controllers, with a focus on your business units and department of operations assigned. The Business Controller participates in the relevant management team.

• Ensure the execution of all activities within the planning and control cycle, including analysis, management reports, forecasting and budgeting
• Performing financial analysis of regular and project based activities, identify trends, opportunity and risks
• Set up the financial management of this business unit, provide insight into the financial situation through adequate management information and analysis
• Working closing with the management team, ensure reliable and predictable results
• Provide insight into cost prices, occupancy results & investment, maintenance projects and forecasting
• Lead a Financial Controller and Project Controller in the assigned business unit
