Our client is an international, mission-driven organization operating in the Healthcare industry, focused on strengthening health systems in emerging markets. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the organization works across multiple African countries and collaborates with public and private stakeholders.

Functie

  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for projects and country offices
  • Preparing donor financial reports and budget vs. actual analyses
  • Monitoring expenditures, ensuring correct coding and donor compliance
  • Supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Acting as a financial business partner to project managers and stakeholders



Profiel

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in finance, controlling, or project environments
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with donor-funded, grant-based or contract-driven structures
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI
  • Experience in international or multi-entity environments
  • Affinity with social impact organizations
