Functie

  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze financial trends and performance to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the preparation of business cases and critical evaluations to guide senior leadership in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional controllers and operational units, to enhance financial performance.
  • Develop and refine reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
  • Support senior management with strategic financial advice and guidance on key initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and deliver regular reports to track progress against goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement by exploring opportunities for process optimization and innovation.



Profiel

Do you have a strong background in business control and finance, with the ability to transform financial data into valuable insights? Are you proficient in Excel and tools like Power BI, and do you possess excellent analytical skills?

If so, you are exactly the person we are looking for. You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information clearly and efficiently, combined with a strategic mindset and a drive to continuously improve processes, makes you a great fit for this role.

Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills (such as Dutch, German, Spanish, or French) are a plus. If you're passionate about understanding the story behind the numbers and contributing to business growth, you will thrive in this position.
