Our client BlueBay Asset Management, is an active fixed income specialist structured to deliver outcomes tailored for investors seeking to enhance the returns of their portfolios.


  • Work closely with the UK & Ireland Institutional team to grow, support and develop strategic and tactical opportunities via consultant and institutional channels, identifying potential business development and relationship expansion opportunities and monitoring institutional investment trends that may impact the firm.
  • Personally reinforcing excellence across RBC BlueBay's stated cultural values and standards both inside BD/the firm and as a representative of RBC BlueBay in the market.
  • Manage, strengthen and grow existing client and consultant relationships through day-to-day liaison and participation at client meetings and conference calls.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • Continually build and deepen knowledge of RBC BlueBay's products. Keep abreast of market developments.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management and regional sales teams to maintain and expand client relationships and grow assets and revenues.
  • Work closely with the Client Operations team to ensure efficient take-on of new clients. Familiarity with due diligence requirements and KYC procedures is important.
  • Manage ongoing client activity in segregated accounts, including but not limited to coordinating cashflows and managing changes in investment guidelines.
  • Work with sales teams and Client Operations to coordinate the setup of new distribution and rebate agreements and review any changes to them.
  • Work closely with the Client Reporting team to ensure all clients' requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to enhancing RBC BlueBay's service to clients through proactive participation in a variety of initiatives and projects.
  • Maintaining and leveraging off the firm's Management Information System (currently SalesForce) to ensure the effective implementation of regional relationships and servicing processes.
