Our client is a growing European medical technology company with over 30 years of experience specializing in drainage systems for the treatment of pleural effusions and ascites, working closely with physicians and hospitals to improve patient care and quality of life. With operations across multiple European countries and a portfolio of in-house and partner products, our client also provides clinical training, implantation support, and patient education to enable safe at-home drainage and reduce hospital burden.

Functie

  • Sell portfolio of pleural drainage products independently to existing and new customers from the clinic sector in the BeNeLux region
  • Take responsibility for your designated sales territory, systematically expand relationships with decision-makers in clinics and hospitals, and acquire new customers.
  • Provide professional advice on our complete range of drainage systems, develop tailored solutions, and offer clinical support, including guidance during implantations.
  • Prepare and conduct product presentations and represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and professional events.
  • Monitor the market, market and competitive activities, and implement customer loyalty measures in cooperation with sales management.

Profiel

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written Dutch and have a strong command of English.
  • Professional experience in the sale of medical/medical technology products, completed training as a health and nursing professional or other training in the medical field is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of business administration and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong team spirit.
  • Outgoing, customer-oriented communicator who enjoys working in the field and engaging directly with doctors and hospitals.
