Functie

  • Develop new business and drive sales growth across the Northern Netherlands region.
  • Manage and expand relationships with direct customers and specialized distributors.
  • Identify, track, and convert project opportunities from specification to final sale.
  • Provide on-site support and guidance to customers and partners.
  • Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.



Profiel

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial B2B sales (manufactured equipment, specification-driven sales).
  • Proven ability to sell to both direct end-users and through distributors.
  • Strong network within industrial sectors (OEMs, integrators, EPCs, consultants).
  • Commercial, "hunter" mindset with a drive to win new business.
  • Results-oriented with strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Technically curious with the ability to quickly understand complex products.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
