As the Head of After Sales Europe, you will lead the after-sales operations across Europe and the UK for portable electronic devices. Job Description

  • Develop and execute the after-sales strategy tailored to the EU and UK markets, focusing on retail channel operations
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless warranty, repair, and service delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end after-sales processes, including service logistics, repair turnaround times, and customer support quality
  • Monitor and analyse service metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements, improved customer experience, and cost efficiencies
  • Collaborate with product management, supply chain, and quality teams to address recurring issues and improve product reliability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing after-sales team across multiple European countries
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to product servicing and customer rights
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts related to after-sales services



The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of international after-sales experience, ideally within consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution models and challenges in servicing products sold through third-party channel
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing and developing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive performance improvements
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence
  • Fluency in English
