As the Head of After Sales Europe, you will lead the after-sales operations across Europe and the UK for portable electronic devices. You will manage the strategy and execution of all post-sale support activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing partnerships with retailers, optimising warranty and repair services, and continuously enhancing the end-user experience.

Functie

  • Develop and execute the after-sales strategy tailored to the EU and UK markets, focusing on retail channel operations
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless warranty, repair, and service delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end after-sales processes, including service logistics, repair turnaround times, and customer support quality
  • Monitor and analyse service metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements, improved customer experience, and cost efficiencies
  • Collaborate with product management, supply chain, and quality teams to address recurring issues and improve product reliability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing after-sales team across multiple European countries
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to product servicing and customer rights
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts related to after-sales services



Profiel

  • 7+ years of international after-sales experience, ideally within consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution models and challenges in servicing products sold through third-party channel
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing and developing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive performance improvements
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence
  • Fluency in English
