The company has a manufacturing presence in Asia and Europe with 8 modern tire facilities and exports to over 118 countries.
Job Description
- Managing day to day financial administration activities
- Organizing treasury, liquidity and forex matters
- Managing key business processes of accounts payable, account receivable, inter-company reconciliations in an automated SAP FICO environment
- Efficient and timely period close process to finalize monthly expense accruals and trial balance
- Arrange accounting specifications for external auditors at the end of each quarter
- Compliance with company's Delegation of Authority procedure and execution of required changes
- Dutch VAT filings, CBS, KvK and similar local compliance responsibility
- Process management and execution of periodical Transfer Price changes in SAP system related to group entities invoicing
- Leading a team of 2-3 Accountants (can be offshore location)
The Successful Applicant
- Completed bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in an international manufacturing and sales organization
- Affinity with automation aimed at information supply, proven work experience in SAP FICO
- English and, preferably, Dutch language skills, both spoken and written
- Proactive personality with a flexible work attitude
- Meticulous, hands-on and perseverance and cultural awareness
