As an Account Manager for our client's Vascular Access Management portfolio, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue and profit growth by promoting their innovative Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS).You will identify and seize new business opportunities within your territory, build and foster lasting relationships with customers, manage daily account operations, and ensure customer success.

Job Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for hospital customers, managing daily operations and ensuring smooth account management.
  • Promote and implement vascular access and medication delivery solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers using CRM principles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive customer success, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • Working experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in a commercial customer-facing role.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building long-term partnerships and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Is proficient in Dutch and English
