You will be responsible for growing our client's brand of surgical and digital solutions for oral surgeons and implantologists in the North region of the Netherlands. Together with the Netherlands Sales Team Leader, you will develop, launch, and execute a business development strategy to build meaningful relationships with KOLs and drive forward the business goals of the organisation.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with the brand's strategy and growth ambitions.
  • Organise and lead training sessions, seminars, and workshops for clients and prospects.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers while managing the full sales process, including negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as oral surgeons, implantologists, laboratories, and purchasing partners.
  • Advise clients on surgical, prosthetic, and digital solutions to support their professional needs.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds an HBO or WO level of education
  • 2+ years experience in a sales role (ideally in the medical or dental industry)
  • Speaks Dutch and English at a professional working level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong collaborator and networker, skilled at building lasting professional relationships.
