As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding our clients footprint across mid-market and enterprise clients in the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR, compliance, and procurement stakeholders, helping them solve critical workforce and regulatory challenges.

Functie

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Drive new business acquisition while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (HR, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Procurement)
  • Develop account strategies and territory plans to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Lead complex sales conversations involving multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
  • Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and client meetings



Profiel

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, compliance, HR tech, Fin-tech, or Recruitment.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
