Omschrijving
To manage the financial accounting team and control the financial accounting system and procedures on plant level. Ensure proper and effective working conditions for all financial and accounting related activities and figures, data, terms to ensure a transparent and traceable financial administration. Report consolidated figures to the Group to ensure the plant financial system is connected at Group level.

Key accountabilities

Management
- Manage the Finance department, set objectives, review deliverables, and act on improvement and development needs
- Coach and build the team and its individual members to ensure an optimal performance is realized
- Member of management team (7 in total)
- Financial business partner VP finance Europe

Leadership
- As Management Team member act, support and initiate on issues that are of general strategic and tactical concern relating the plant or division
- Improve quality of finance team from reactive to pro active
- Be a business partner towards the organization

Reporting & Metrics
- Recurrent and timely reporting of key financials figures, results and budget utilization.
- Monitor plant financial position, results and fiscal year forecast
- Provide financial input/DCF for CERs
- Provide analysis on CAPEX projects
- Experience with IFRS
- Experience with Tax & consolidation

Controlling & Auditing
- Provide advice and information on key financial data
- Forecasting and monitoring targets Operating Profit and Cask flow
- Analyzing project investments done in the R&D department

Administrative Organization
- Ensure proper functioning standard cost calculation system
- Hands on mentality

Provide advise and training on process improvement needs
- Improve and implement existing and new financial operations
- Political
- Reform finance team

Education
- Bachelor/Master in business economics
- 5 year plus experience in industrial/production facility
- Knowhow of SAP

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
€ 70.000,= including holiday money
+/- 10% bonus
