Omschrijving
- Installation, proactive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services to customers in the above mentioned region
- Management of minimal downtime on all machines in territories through effective training of site personnel and quick problem investigations
- Organization, coordination and preparation of application trainings
- Deliver application training to site personnel to effectively use Haemonetics products
- Responsible to coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel, as well as Haemonetics' employees
- Develop strong partnerships with prospective customers by organizing product demo as well as with existing Haemonetics customers by constantly promoting our products

During the on-boarding period you will be well trained on our products and devices.

Gezocht profiel
- Degree in technical engineering or technical education with sound technical knowledge
- At least four years experience in a Technical Service position in engineering environment or a similar one
- Technical aptitude to understand, train customers and users on products
- Excellent mastery of Dutch and French (written and spoken) and very good knowledge in English
- Flexibility to travel within Belgium, the Netherlands and Northern region of France
- Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing and stressful environment
- Capacity to manage important workload and time constraints
- Excellent presentation, good communication skills and reliability
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Driving license
