The expansion of the organisation increased dramatically in the 1990’s and continues now in the new century. We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Manager.

Omschrijving
- Assisting in timely & accurate delivery of management information, budgets, forecasts and reports (such as the month end and year end financial close)
- Managing the day to day work and staff of the accounts department
- Fulfilling requirements of day to day general accounting
- Cash management and ad hoc reporting
- Correspondence with national and international companies and organisations

Gezocht profiel
- Minimum HBO (HEAO / HEAO/RA)
- Age profile +/- 30
- 8 years experience
- accounting 2/3 years
- finance 2/3 years
- managing 2/3 years
- Open, energetic personality, able to work independently and show initiative
- Good communication skills
- Language skills (speaking, reading, writing): Dutch and English (Additional European language skills is a plus)
- The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- The initial emphasis of the position is on accounting where speed and accuracy of the work are key criteria. A key focus will be on the management and motivation of the accounting staff and the day to day management of the accounts department
- There will be an increasing involvement in financial reports including monthly management reports, annual forecasts and annual budgets
- Progression to a management role within the finance department and the company as a whole
- There is an opportunity for career progress within 3/5 years
