For an international retail organisation, we are currently looking for an energetic Company Lawyer. As a Company Lawyer you are responsible for diverse legal matters concerning their core business. You advise several internal departments regarding legal issues in different areas (import issues, contractual issues, etc).

Omschrijving
Reviewing and drawing up contracts for group companies worldwide; in a later stage probably responsible for a specific geographical area
Advising headquarters and group companies on legal matters
Manage legal processes/procedures and advice in being compliant
Setting up, manage and update legal databank
Standardize contracts
Contribute to legal awareness within the company
(First) review, advice and/or drawing up contracts regarding buying, selling, internal transactions, intellectual property, logistics, service providers, employment, general terms & conditions, other
Contact with external lawyers

Gezocht profiel
Masters degree in Law
About three to five years professional experience in an international environment as legal counsel or as an attorney
Familiar with corporate law and contract law
Fluently in English, Spanish and/or Italian. Preferably fluently in Dutch as well
Team player, service driven (being a consultant), pro active, hands on mentality
