Work with his Team to promote and capture Repair Business that meets the required division goals.
Establish and maintain effective customer and company relationships
Optimize all Repair activities to maintain the company's reputation for being a Professional & Reliable Service Organization
Coach Direct Reports & make sure that they receive the formal Training required for Professional Development
Assist in market and competitive analysis
Produce profitable and total value added services
Transfer Information about field Experience on delivered equipment to Engineering & other parties involved as lesson learned experience

Gezocht profiel
College degree in technical field or comparable work experience
General business accounting understanding
Communication skills with all levels
Second or Third language skills
Previous experience in project management, Repair Operations demonstrated team leadership
Familiarity with client's equipment, its functions and customer applications
Understanding of sub-contracted services and labor requirements
Basic contractual legal requirements
Computerized planning and management tools and applications such as Job Tracking Software and Field Operations Database
Safety awareness and demonstrated implementation
