Omschrijving
Young Innovations is looking to grow their business in Europe and are currently recruiting a Market Manager to join their team. The Market Manager will provide account management coverage to dental distributors, connect with clinical leaders in dental schools and attend and staff trade shows and other relevant meetings within Europe. The Market Manager will provide crucial information, contacts and insight that will help Young Innovations provide the right products, marketing and service to the European market. The person in this position would travel to the USA for training and development and would work closely with senior management as well as existing sales, marketing, manufacturing and product staff in Europe and the USA. A beautiful international business development challenge for early career professionals!

Gezocht profiel
Hbo/university degree with additional work experience
Strong self management skills, independent problem solver
A flexible, entrepreneurial mindset, strong relational skills, analytical
The confidence to enter new business environments
Good communicator in English and preferably another language (e.g. French, German)
Willing to travel extensively
Dental industry experience is not required, but would be a plus

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and potential, with additional variable package.
