The production process design team of AE Rotor Techniek has several responsibilities in our R&D organization. Our team members are either specialists in one or more aspects of the production processes of our wind turbine blade designs and/or they are leading the detail engineering process, making design decisions and supervising the detail design drawings and production manuals in close collaboration with our engineering team in Baroda, India.

It is our vision that production automation / mechanization will be the next technology step in manufacturing Rotor Blades. To support this vision, our team is searching for a (Senior) Composite Automation Engineer.

Omschrijving
Responsible for introducing automated manufacturing processes in the blade manufacturing facilities of Suzlon in the world
Making use of the newest technologies provided by the composite industries, the selection and development of the production processes is the prime responsibility
Working in close collaboration with the prototyping engineers in Baroda India, whom are part of the AERT R&D organization
Define technology projects and have the technological lead in these projects
Participate multidisciplinary project teams to develop automated production processes and designs fit for automation

Gezocht profiel
Finished higher technical education (hbo/wo)
Engineering experience in complex system engineering
Working experience in multidisciplinary project/design teams is welcomed
Specification and documentation skills are welcomed
Prepared to international travel (20%)
Fluent in the English and Dutch language
