About Our Client

In practical terms, that means our sustainable solutions are in your lives, and those of your friends and family, every day. We're the people that make it possible for you to do what you need to do.
The Finance Global Services (FGS) team is currently helping their wider financial organization transform towards an outsourced shared service model. To help drive this process they currently seek an experienced, analytical and results oriented Service Delivery Manager.
Your core purpose in this role is to support the transformation of the Finance organization in your service area (consisting of a number of countries) towards the outsourced shared service model.
As such, you are required to perform a high level of people and performance management in a matrix organization from a remote location, along with the ability to present complex issues and solutions to non-Finance staff. It is important that you are able to develop and motivate people and that you are comfortable with implementing business performance improvement initiatives.
Upon completion of the transformation project you will manage end-to-end transactional process delivery in line with defined quality and cost levels. This involves building relationships with internal customers and internal and external service providers, identifying and resolving transaction and process issues as well as proposing and implementing performance improvement initiatives. In addition to operating as a technical problem solver, you also develop the team, including outsourced service centres in Poland and India, to enhance people skills in order to meet changing business needs.
The position is located in Arnhem (with travel to Amsterdam on a frequent basis), the Netherlands, and you will join an organization that operates in a number of important market segments ranging from buildings and infrastructure to transport, industrial and consumer goods. We are also the sector leader in sustainability and number one in the renowned Dow Jones Sustainability Index. You can't make a great impact like this without having great people. We want to be the best - to use our leading market positions to deliver a leading performance - and for that, we need the best. Is that you?
