About Our Client
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who is able to lead a team supporting the Austrian, German, Switzerland and Dutch markets. Customer service is a dynamic environment with an operational excellence attitude. We look for an individual possessing a combination of leadership, analytical and social skills, who has the capabilities to successfully plan, communicate and manage varying workload under strict timelines.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in German and English required; extra language preferred
- Attends and facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes
- Participates in cross functional projects
- Provides appropriate and accurate information and analysis for effective decision making in Customer Service Department
- Supports the business "Order to Cash" processes and system improvements for German/Austrian/Swiss and Dutch market
- Analyses master data information and translates this into improvement actions
- Acts as key ERP user for the team and provides system and process training
- Facilitates the implementation of new processes or process changes
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of CS performance
