About Our Client

Currently we are looking for a Candidates who will join our new can beverage factory's team as a Sales Manager and take part in creating this exciting new place of work in Netherlands.
attainment of set up sales targets in accordance with CP Group sales policy,
negotiating terms of business with new and already existing Customers,
organizing sales of company's products,
maintaining contact with all clients and taking care of good and professional relationships with Customers,
performing sustainable market research,
monitoring business activity of the competitors.
The Successful Applicant
university degree (preferable in economy, finance or business management),
minimum 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales (in e.g. packaging, heavy industry, FMCG, Hi-tech) on a similar position,
proven track record of success in B2B sales,
fluent Dutch and English,
very good command of French (or German),
can-do and will-do approach,
ability to build good relationships with people at all levels within and outside the organization,
ability to take on responsibility for assigned tasks,
high level of self-motivation, initiative and involvement in work,
flexibility and ability to adapt and act effectively in changing circumstances in fast-growing business environment,
very good stress resistance,
time flexibility and willingness to travel a lot - it is not a stationary work,
driving license (B category) is a must.
