About Our Client
Our client is a global organization which enhances the health and well-being of pets, people, and livestock worldwide. The organization is characterized by its informal and open atmosphere.
Our client is in the midst of an HR Re-engineering Project, implementing a new HR Model. To facilitate the building of this new organization, they are looking for a talented HR professional to join the as the Payroll Specialist Europe. In your role, you will be based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands and you will be responsible for the monthly payroll for the countries Germany, Switzerland and Austria (and other countries when assigned). You will support the People Services team with payroll related questions and you are responsible for the overall data accuracy and integrity of the country employee data in the payroll system. Next to that, you will help the HR team in a way that the organization's HR policies and procedures are maintained in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a payroll expert with around 2-6 years of experience in payroll preferably in Payroll administration in a U.S. multinational / international company, and preferably with experience in SAP and ADP streamline. As you will be a part of the ADP streamline implementation team and you should also be someone who enjoys looking at process improvement & systems enhancement topics, especially when related to time and attendance. It goes without saying that you will have a natural affinity for numbers and like detail oriented tasks. You should be able to flexibly deal with multiple and conflicting demands in a tempered manner and with efficiency. As you will be supporting the markets Germany, Switzerland and Austria, it is a must that you are fluent in English. Good German language skills and any other European languages will be considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, flexible and has excellent analytic skills.
What's on Offer
The salary indication for this role is € 39.000 - € 47.000 annual gross salary (including holiday allowance). Next to that our client offers a competitive benefits package with 5% bonus, travel allowance, gym discounts etc. This is a role for 32-40 hours a week.
