About Our Client
Our Client is an international player in vision and eye health. They are dedicated to protecting and enhancing the best sight for millions of people in the world.
Our client is looking for a Key account manager Vision. In this role it is your main responsibility is to achieve desired growth and reach all the targets which result in great effectiveness for the company. You are building and implementing business plans for the individual Key Accounts or Buying Groups. Ensuring that our client is delivering a return on investments, while building business partnerships with new key accounts based on business developments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop business plans and achieve quarterly/annual targets. Develop and maintain new customer relationships.
- Implement account strategies and negotiate of customer contracts in accordance with the sales strategy of the company.
- Demonstrate the products and the brand; having the knowledge to transfer this effectively to the team.
- Perform regular business reviews, where the focus lies on sales activities. Reports Competitor activity monthly and provide accurate financial forecasts.
- Identify growth opportunities within the assigned Account portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum bachelors degree (in a relevant area is a pré)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant sales role.
- Does have leadership experience; coaching, training, and development.
- Having experience in optical, FMCG, ophthalmology or healthcare industry is a pré
- Pro-active, independent and able to work in a multi-national company environment.
