About Our Client
My client is a global international IT organisation focussing on videoconferencing and unified communications solutions.
At the beginning you will focus on the first phases of the sales process. With good results, you will grow and start customer visits together with a senior business development manager. This way you are able to gather product knowledge and experience in the (sales) strategy of our client. Next to this 'internal training' you will perform training and exams for our suppliers (Cisco and Polycom).
-Generate leads and perform acquisition activities
-Plan meetings with potential customers
-Answer information requests
-Visit (potential) customers
-Coordinate demo meetings and workshops in our office as well as on customer premises
-Realize a customer fit quotation process
-Follow up on proposals
-Manage customer relationships
The Successful Applicant
-Minimum Bachelor thinking level
-Affinity with videoconferencing and Unified Communications Solutions and change the way people communicate.
-Excellent presentation and listening skills.
-Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
-Preferably technical background with Cisco, Polycom and/or Microsoft Lync architectures.
-A reliable asset for colleagues, partners and the customer, ambitious and motivated.
-Good working knowledge of both Dutch and English, spoken and writing.
-Valid driving license, category B.
What's on Offer
My client is willing to offer up to €3000,- fixed for the successful Business Development Manager
