Manage the planning and control cycle on Plan & Deliver department.
Influence behavior of Deliver organization through data driven insights, proposals and agreements on corrective actions. Support Deliver team to increase quality of business decisions. Ensure best in class Finance basics with standardized processes ("license to operate"):
Co-develop strategy, input year plan/budget
Develop/Co-create the year Strategy/Forecast/Budget for Deliver.
Planning & control cycle and budgeting/forecasting.
Ensure preparation and monitoring of the budget, forecasts within Deliver team, as well as ensuring the analysis of and advice relating to any gaps between budget and realization of:
Stock levels & storage locations;
Working Capital targets;
Slow moving stock/Obsoletes costs;
Logistic costs/KPIs (Warehousing, Transport, Pallet, Overhead)
Plan KPIs (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy/Bias, PPC)
Calculate / allocate operational costs to logistic costprices
Responsible for preparing, coordinating, carry out and checking of the periodic closing and yearend closing and/or supporting at budget and forecast. Ensure the financial management information of the Deliver department, in order to give direction to the financial management of the company;
Ensure accurate logistic cost price calculation according to activity based costing principles.
Ensure an efficient day-to-day financial function and reporting according to accounting guidelines.
Ensure a proper functioning of the administration including correct fiscal margins.
Secure an adequate functioning of internal control within the Deliver department. Analyse P&D related processes, identify and analyse potential financial risk areas within the P&D department and draft proposals for prevention, mitigation and correction of risks and monitor or participate in implementation.
Define, plan, manage and execute assigned finance-related projects within PM Guidelines. Active financial role in P&D projects.

Bachelor/Master financial education (pre: RA/RC education)
Strong social skills
Project Management skills
Proficient in English
